Odds on sports markets — including cricket matches, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournament events, football leagues and UFC bouts — are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The Operator makes no guarantee of the continuous availability of any specific market. Market availability depends on licensing arrangements, data feed access and operational factors.
Bets may be declared void by the Operator in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, obvious pricing errors (manifest errors), technical failures that materially affected the bet, or where evidence of fraudulent activity is established. Void bets are refunded as credits to the user's account balance.
Live betting markets update in real time during sporting events. Acceptance of in-play bets is subject to network latency and system availability. The Operator reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time. Bets placed after an event outcome is known — whether due to a data feed delay or any other reason — may be voided.
Casino games, including live dealer tables and slot games, operate according to their individual game rules as provided by the relevant game studio. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run averages calculated over millions of rounds; individual session results may differ significantly. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zs999b and its Operator, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content.
This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Platform's content — including sports betting guides, casino game information, payment method guides and responsible gambling resources — is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms limits the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon account termination, any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified cash balances (excluding bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via an appropriate payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of the Operator's AML review.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests do not exempt users from outstanding obligations incurred prior to closure.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its relevant gaming license.
